Dimitri and his family were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We’d love to return in the future!

The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets. The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal. Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Hotel Niso's! Die Sauberkeit war hervorragend, das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders toll fanden wir die zentrale Lage – alles war bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

The host was really friendly and her suggestions for places to go and eat were great. The view from the apartment and the swimming pool was wonderful. We loved that it was a bit more quiet (apart from the planes, but that didn't bother at all) compared to Skiathos town. The apartment was nicely decorated and spacious. We did rent a car, which was helpful at this location.

A very pleasant hotel – I definitely recommend it. Giannis at the reception was extremely kind, always helpful and ready to give advice – his attitude alone made our stay even better. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day – really great service. The coco-mat beds were super comfortable :) We also enjoyed the pool area – cozy, perfect for relaxing. There were some noise from scooters, but you are in greece :) The location is perfect – not far from the main road or the beach, restaurants, bars. Overall, we were very satisfied and would love to come back in the future 🙏

Die in Skiathos-Stadt gelegene Unterkunft Skiathos Maria Apartments ist 700 m von Strand Paralia Megali Ammos und 900 m von Papadiamantis' House entfernt. We liked the location- close to the centre and few seconds to the bus stop and supermarket. Dimitrious is very nice, you really feel welcomed.
