We were updated for free to the sea room view as a group which we really appreciated. Thanks to the lovely staff for accomodating us and always offering help.

We had an amazing week on the island and it is greatly due to this wonderful place. Special thanks to Yanis and Dimitri - your kindness made our stay very special and made us feel home! Great view from the hotel, nice pools, great pool bar and restaurant. The food (and coffee) served is one of the best we had on the island. And it is very well located/connected with a direct access to a nice beach, a taxi boat to drive you to the port of Skiathos and buses (bus stop 9) to bring you to all beaches of the island.

Big, comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, and a great location close to the center (within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the port). The reception staff were very friendly. Esmeralda was truly kind and very helpful. The hotel is modern and newly furnished.

Marelena made us so welcome and couldn't do enough for us. It is so nice to have a personal touch for a change. The room was great and the breakfasts were delicious. Bus to town right outside and beach across the road. Highly recommended

İskados şehrinde, Skiathos Plakes Plajı noktasına 1 km'den az mesafede bulunan ATHANASIA APARTMENTS tesisi bahçe, ücretsiz özel park yeri ve teras olanağı sunar. The location is excellent — close to the city center, both the new and old ports, and within walking distance of the bus station for the beaches and supermarkets. The room is the right size for two people, and the bed is very comfortable. The kitchenette includes the basic utensils needed to prepare your own breakfast (no frying pan or microwave). There’s also a nearby coffee shop that sells amazing spinach pies — a perfect addition to your morning meal. Air-conditioning is available, though we didn’t need to use it. Each unit has a terrace with chairs and a table (all are on the ground floor), ideal if you enjoy watching — and being watched by — people passing by (we didn't use it either).

İskados noktasındaki Niso Skiathos tesisi şehir manzarasının yanı sıra bahçe, ortak oturma alanı ve teras olanaklarına sahip bir konaklama imkanı sağlar. Çok temiz ve konforlu bir konaklamaydı. Merkeze 7-8 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Plajlara da araçla 15 dk da ulaşılabiliyor. Herkes çok yardımsever ve nazikti. Bir sonraki gelişimizde yine burayı tercih edeceğim.

İskados noktasında, Megali Ammos Plajı noktasına 700 m, Papadiamantis' House noktasınaysa 1 km'den az mesafede yer alan Skiathos Maria Apartments tesisi ücretsiz WiFi bağlantısının yanı sıra, teras... We liked everything! Sparkling clean, near to the city centre (10 minute walk), bus stop no 3 a few minutes away from the house, all necessary for a quick meal and exceptional host! Loved the yard, kids were really happy! We will definitely come back! 😀

AN HONEST REVIEW Like: - fast replies and care by the management, super nice welcome, Luca is amazingly invested in the guests wellbeing and vacation - fantastic views, come with a 4x4, you cannot imagine the steepness of this place and the roads leading to basically anywhere from there - super clean, spotless! - Villa Noa, but I think most or all villas with pool have an inside and outdoor kitchen with the minimum supplies, it is enough though. There’s a coffee machine. Sharp knife’s and some oil pepper and salt or tea as a basic as missing, would be nice to have, that’s just a minor comment. - staff had a break room beneath our villa, they smoked right behind our windows so the house smelled like Cigarettes in three of four of our bedrooms, it would be a dislike but the way Luca handled it was super beautiful and effective, so it’s a like! - their free of charge water is filtrated by the mountain and was such a conscious, sustainable, yummy and beautiful offer to have! Thanks! - the place is not far from town but still feels private and secluded

Very comfortable stay, the hotel is close to Skiathos town but at the same time next to the beach what more could you ask for a summer break ? The staff ,super helpful, the reception girls gave me amazing recommendations around Skiathos and the restaurant staff were great as well. Will definitely come back!!!
