Anna’s daughter and husband kindly collected us from the ferry and from the moment we entered the property we fell in love. Anna welcomed us and explained the workings of the apartment. It was spacious with a well equipped kitchen, homely sitting room and massive bathroom, all topped off with a cool mezzanine with a large bed. Anna had left a welcome hamper full of homemade goodies, wine, cold drinks, a chocolate Easter bunny and a red egg (traditional for Greek Easter) and filled us in about Greek Easter traditions and local restaurants, bars. Such a wonderful, friendly Greek welcome. Now onto the shower, the best shower ever, spacious and powerful with a plentiful supply of hot water. We hired a quad bike to explore the island and Anna promptly answered any queries we had. After three days in beautiful Symi Anna and her husband gave us a lift back to the ferry and we left a piece of our hearts on the island.

Nosotros llegamos en el seadreams y nos vinieron a buscar y también nos llevaron a la vuelta. Como llegamos pronto nos dejaron unas toallas y fuimos a la playa de S Nikolai que está a 20 minutos andando. Cuando volvimos las maletas estaban ya en la habitación. Un lujazo

The location of the property and the design of the rooms and more generally the whole property was lovely. Good proximity to the harbor and at the same time very quiet location. We liked also the access to the pool across the street and the reception being very friendly suggesting places to eat, beaches etc and provided a ride from and to the port.

I loved staying at this hotel because it did not feel like a hotel at all. I was working remotely from here during my vacation. My room had a separate entry from the reception area which as a single gay man I appreciate because I love privacy. The lady of the house is the hostess with the mostest. She reminds me of my sweet late grandmother making sure that we were all well fed and content. If I wasn't so British I would have even hugged her...I love this lady and I thank her for helping me with the internet connection. The lovely lady called the IT guy to help me!! Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

The Old Symi, ubicado en Symi, a 14 minutos a pie de Playa de Nos y a 500 metros de Puerto de Symi, tiene alojamiento con aire acondicionado, vista a la montaña y wifi gratis. Es un apartamento con mucho encanto. Las vistas son bonitas y la ubicación es perfecta si quieres hacer turismo caminando. La cocina tiene lo necesario para preparar cafés o platos fríos, no hay estufa como tal pero hay muchísimos restaurantes cerca para cenar. El sofá cama es cómodo y amplio.El personal muy amablemente nos guardó nuestras maletas en la oficina mientras esperábamos nuestro próximo ferry. Todo perfecto!

The service with transport and general addy to day service was super. Having options for breakfast was fantastic and the choice are fresh and more than enough.

El Captain's Suites está situado en el puerto de Symi, a solo 300 metros de la playa de Nos, y ofrece alojamiento independiente con conexión wifi gratis. The owner Yianni was very hospitable, picked us up from the port, gave us a rundown on things to do and where to eat. The location was fabulous , right at the main port with everything walking distance and great views !
