They truly treat you like family from the moment you arrive. The room was clean and very comfortable, providing a quiet night's sleep despite the proximity to the airport. To top it off, the breakfast was served fresh and warm, which was a nice start to my day. I will definitely be returning!

Comprising a fitness centre and a garden, Apartamento Granat, con parqueo en Cuatro grados norte is a recently renovated accommodation in Guatemala set close to Guatemala National Theatre. I like the easy access to other malls and its safety. Building staff was great and polite and great to have indoor parking.

Thank you Jose for a wonderful stay. The unit is clean and very nice, and is located within an awesome facility. The location is very convenient, as it is a super short walk from anything in Cayala and is a short (and cheap) Uber away from any destination in Guatemala City (or for a day trip to other destinations outside the City - Antigua, Pacaya Volcano, etc.) Jose is dedicated to serving the renter; on my trip, two of my friends had made other accommodations that ended up blowing up in their face, and Jose was very responsive and quick to find a solution to help my friends out! Cannot recommend this spot enough!!
