Boatique Hotel and Marina heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en een restaurant in Rio Dulce. This hotel is a little slice of paradise. It has the most beautiful location set amongst the jungle and waterways of Rio Dulce, the rooms are accessed by a boardwalk and there is a beautiful pool for cooling off on hot days. They have developed so many lovely places to sit and relax listening to the jungle sounds or birdsong and even a small area with yoga mats to do some exercise. The dining area is a large open plan open sided platform with tables to share with other guests or to eat on your own if you prefer. The food is prepared fresh and is simple but delicious. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom and doors onto a small balcony overlooking the rest of the resort. The staff were all so lovely and especially Freddie who gave us all the information we needed for the trip we booked and ferried us back and forth to Rio Dulce Town. We absolutely loved Boatique and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet in a beautiful setting.

In de Rio Dulce rivier in de buurt van een 16e-eeuws kasteel het Tortugal Boutique River Lodge schiereiland wordt gebaad door bijna constant op de kust bries zorgen voor een koele en verfrissende... Het was even zoeken met onze auto naar de parkeerplaats maar achteraf met de beschrijving was hij makkelijk te vinden aan de overkant van de rivier. De boot taxi was er heel snel. Heerlijke kamers midden in de natuur. Fijne bedden, heerlijk zacht. Ook absoluut het lekkerste eten wat we tot nu toe in Guatemala hebben gehad, alles heerlijk op smaak. Daarnaast is er een fijne sfeer op het complex. Leuke tour gedaan naar Livingston, geregeld door het hotel. Veel vogels en dieren onderweg gespot.

I have no words to describe the entire experience I had at this place. Simply wonderful. The staff service is amazing—very kind, very honest, and they do everything they can to accommodate your needs. They strive to do their best for the guests. From the kitchen staff to the waiters, bartenders, and boat captains, the service is excellent. I give it a 100 rating, and very, recommend it to anyone in the world who wants to escape their daily routine and feel like royalty. Go to CASA CARIBE HOTEL. We are thinking about returning. Lovely lodge in the jungle. Suggestive location with rooms in the canals with crocodiles (don’t worry they wont eat you!). Rooms were perfect for being a lodge. A couple of nice activities are available such as a walk in the jungle and kayak in the lake. Most pleasant surprise was the food… simply extraordinary for a low price compared to Europe, and I’m quite picky usually as Italian.
