We received from the owner of the apartment all the necessary instructions to reach the location and to install and use the application that manages access to the parking lot and the apartment and the check-in and checkout processes and we received quick answers to subsequent questions and requests. Everything made this vacation one of the most wonderful and interesting ones we've had so far.
