Facing the beachfront, Mövenpick Balaland Resort Lake Balaton offers 5-star accommodation in Szántód and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, private beach area and shared lounge. We chose this hotel mainly based on location and reviews — but what we discovered truly amazed us! This is a real paradise for children. Yes, parents are well taken care of too, but the main guests here are definitely the kids. Everything throughout the hotel is designed with children in mind: toy cars, play areas, drawing boards around every corner, a kids’ room, a special buffet at child height with a child-friendly menu, and a water park with zones for all ages. We only wish we had known about this place when our kids were younger. Of course, when you’re on holiday with kids, you’re still a parent — but this hotel makes life so much easier.

This 3-star hotel is set 250 metres away from the beach at Lake Balaton. Each room has a balcony, overlooking Hotel Kentaur’s private park. Wi-Fi is free in public areas. Everything! The property is a well maintained old setup with a lavish lawn and in a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants nearby and the lake within walking distance. The lady at the front desk is such a grace whenever you see her (thank you and sorry for not remembering your name). The rooms were very spacious, with a balcony and the beds are quite comfortable.

Spacious and very modern apartment steps away from Siófok main square. Huge terrace. Parking available (although we were on bikes but these could also be stored in the courtyard). Great choice.

Ideally set in Siófok, Annie Villa offers a buffet breakfast and free WiFi. Well located in the Siofok City district, this bed and breakfast features a garden, as well as a sauna and a hot tub. Annie Villa exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, spacious, modern, and clean. The villa's location is fantastic; it is close to town and the shore. The owners and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

All perfect, from hotel itself which is new & very modern, to the reception people who are very friendly. All fresh prepaired for breakfast. Hotel equipped with e-bikes & e-scooters to rent which was big fun for our kids, next to the lake, safe parking for the cars. All perfect!!!

An exceptionally beautiful place to stay. There is a sauna and hot tub There is also a restaurant in the same complex. Everything is clean and tidy. The breakfast is exceptional.
