Everything was perfect! The place is beautiful, with outstanding food. The hotel, the rooms, the pools, and the overall cleanliness were all exceptional. Most of all, Dora at the front desk was incredibly helpful!

The Houses of History is located on the shore of Belső-tó in Tihany, on a half hectare area, a 5-minutes walking distance from the city centre. We loved the rooms, the breakfast (plentiful and great variety), having a dip in the swimming pool, and our 11-year-old daughter thoroughly enjoyed seeing bunnies and cats on the premises. In the early afternoon, you could help yourself to a refreshing herbal drink at Reception. The place has a lot of charm to it, I highly recommend it.

Situated in Tihany and with Tihany Abbey reachable within 400 metres, the Herbalist features a garden, allergy-free rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. The rooms are beautiful, well equipped, modern, clean and new. There was Water, tea, coffee and candy as a compliment. The stuff was nice, helpful and very friendly, especially Loretta. She kindly helped us with parking, since the hotel don't have its own. The breakfast at nearby hotel was very good, a lot of different choices. We definitely recommend the hotel and would most certainly come back again!

20 km from Bella Stables and Animal Park, Délceg Réce Minihotel is a recently renovated property set in Balatonkenese and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The staff is extremely nice - we had a small issue when we arrived (our son threw up on the back seat) and they provided us with all the tools we needed to get our car clean again. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and washed and dried the dirty clothes for us, which obviously was a very kind gesture. I think everyone can find something good to eat at their breakfast table. But hey we are talking about Hungary and there you can only get good food :)
