Staff, facilities and room was amazing. Staffs were friendly and very fluent in English. Facilities is mostly children friendly and we got a free room upgrade. It was huge and very comfortable. Hope to visit again the children play area when my child is older.

Krasny novy moderní hotel. Pokoj byl prostorný s obří posteli a strašně příjemnou peřinou. :-) snídaně byly tak noc bohaté. Vybrat si můžete snad ze všech kuchyni světa. Poloha poměrně dobrá. Ke vsem zajímavostem to bylo 20min pěšky nebo par minut taxíkem.

Mutiara Beach Resort se nachází v destinaci Berakit a nabízí zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bar. Tento penzion – hostinec poskytuje bezplatné Wi-Fi a neplacené soukromé parkoviště. The huts were comfortable and put you back into nature a little bit. These are NOT air-conditioned, sliding glassdoor huts with boxed in showers.

The Sanchaya se nachází na krásném ostrově Bintan, pouhých 10 minut jízdy od přístavu trajektů BBT, a poskytne vám moderní útočiště se soukromým úsekem pláže a venkovním bazénem. We loved our stay here: flawless service, perfect villa with lots of nice compliments (free minibar, good cosmetics, slippers and a bag for the pool etc), great territory and facilities - everything was very stylish and looked expensive :) Food was also great, special thx for the breakfast menu and cocktails.

LAWA Bintan Berakit Village Cottage poskytuje restauraci, zahradu, terasu a bar. Pláž Bintan Brzee Beach se nachází 200 metrů odtud. Amazing place! If you would like some place to de-stress and relax, a quiet and more private place, this your go-to place. The cottage is so beautiful and clean. The area is also very clean. Food was amazing, hospitality and service exceeded our expectations 10/10✨

Sadi Beach House se nachází u moře v destinaci Telukbakau a poskytuje celoročně otevřený venkovní bazén a zahradu. Nice place and very friendly staff, help us plan and take care of all the needs ahead of time and during the stay. Tasty food, pleasant setting, nice for a quick getaway from city.

The Kelong Trikora Resort se nachází v destinaci Kangkakawal a poskytuje zahradu, soukromou pláž a terasu. We love Kelong Trikora! It's an amazing place, my husband (Indian Singaporean) and I (German) spent 4 days there over Chinese New Year. The team there, especially Linda and Eric, set a new standard to customer service! They are so deeply caring for each guest, it's touching. When it rained they placed an umbrella outside of every villa, so that guest wouldn't get wet on their way to dinner, when we wanted to go on a trip and the hotel driver was unavailable Linda called several taxi companies and in the end offered to drive us with the staff car, even when the fan did not immediately work three people showed up and got it fixed within 10mins. Kelong Trikora is a very quiet resort with a beautiful pool and 10 separate huts. The cuisine is out of this world, even though the menu is a bit limited (focus on Indonesian and Chinese), so many of the dishes were simply the best (can recommend the fish curry, the sotong bakar, the kailan and kangkong and as daily special chicken satay, each main about 180K, veggies 75-90K). It takes about an hour from the ferry terminal Bandar Bintan Telani (Lagoi) and from the resort we went to the blue lakes and sand dunes (1hr drive, absolutely worth it!). We tried the restaurants in the two resorts next to this and got utterly disappointed, food was horrible and the service even worse, so we would next time just stick to the resort kitchen. All the staff is very nice and chitchatty if you're open to it, but not forcing conversations upon anybody. For my husband's birthday I asked them to please help me get a chocolate cake and they got a super cute beautiful cake for me. The only thing to keep in mind is that you're dependant on the hotel's transport (so plan a bit in advance and let them know) and that during low tide the water draws back about 1km, so not really for swimming in the sea, but the pool is amazing and the whole area is covered in nice fluffy green grass, so nice to walk around barefoot.

LooLa Adventure Resort se nachází vedle vesnice u moře na pobřeží Bintanu. The staff were amazing and did everything they could to make our stay fun and enjoyable. We loved that all the meals were planned and prepared for us, which took the fuss out of us having to plan ahead for meals. The villa we stayed in was exactly as we expected from photos. The activities available were fun and enjoyed by the family, both young and old; we participated in activities such as boat and boom net, firefly tour, kayaking, skywalk, flying fox, marine walk and rock climbing.
