We LOVED our stay at Ashley Tugu Tani Menteng! We cannot recommend it enough, it exceeded all expectations. The staff were the best part of the hotel, they were so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help us with any thing we needed (special thank you to Fattah, Seven and Sebastian). We felt super safe here as are young female travellers, and we felt really well looked after by the staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was awesome and the location was great. They have a tennis court and a pool too. We will definitely come back to Ashley if we’re ever in Jakarta again!

The super friendly staff welcomed us and we walked a bit further in the hotel. Its an amazing museum with lots of fantastic art collected since 1880. Its full and hectic and you can look everywhere. The rooms have a very clean and calming design. Perfect for a good night rest. Great location if you want to see the old town, which is nice to see for an hour or two.

The place itself is very convenient..Location is great, big pool and decent gym. People working there are friendly and the check-in process is easy. Mariam’s room is cozy and has everything you might need and she will respond to any questions in a fast manner. When I’m coming back to Jakarta I’ll certainly be staying at her place again. 💪🏻

Breakfast was unbelievable with so many options, you'll be full before you try everything you want. The Creme Brulee French Toast was out of this world! Highly recommend. Our bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies each night. The price is on the higher end, but you definitely get what you pay for!

The breakfast was good. I like the various of breakfast on the menu. 2. The scent of Jasmine is everywhere in the hotel! I love it until I try to search for the scent after return to my country. 3. The staff was so nice and offer us room upgrade once we arrived. It was so worth it! Looking forward for my next visit to Jakarta
