Clean and comfortable room with stable wifi connection. Breakfast from 6 to 10am fitted perfectly with our early check-out to catch the plane. Even at around 9:30am the buffet was full with everything from veggies to some sweet cakes. I really liked the toast with the peanut butter. Highly recommended when staying in Jakarta.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jakarta! From the moment we arrived, everything felt perfect. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and brand new — you can really feel the quality and attention to detail everywhere. Our room was extremely comfortable, clean, and stylish. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The breakfast was amazing — delicious, fresh, and with a great selection. It was one of the highlights of our mornings! What impressed us the most was the staff. We would like to sincerely thank Anna, Mia, Roxy, and Jessica for being so incredibly kind, friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel very welcome and cared for. A special thank you to the restaurant waiter, Sutarman, for his outstanding service. He was attentive, professional, and very pleasant. After viewing multiple accomodations through multiple hotel booking platforms, I must say that this accomodation is one of the better ones in the area. Room is huge and clean, bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and there's hot water for shower. The staff are warm, welcoming and hospitable. It was my birthday and they went to a faraway bakery to get a WHOLE cake to surprise me. I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you Arnez tropical cottage, I'll be back if I am around the area!
