The food was outstanding – breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all exceptional, with every meal being fresh and delicious. The location is unbeatable: right on a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. We even swam with turtles and went snorkeling just steps from the shore, without needing to book any tours – it was an unforgettable experience! The resort is a true gem, with stunning surroundings and a relaxing vibe that makes you never want to leave. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect tropical getaway.

Our week at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Lombok was wonderful from the start. When we arrived, some renovations were happening, and the team immediately offered to move us to a beautiful oceanfront room away from the work area, a gesture we truly appreciated. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay feel easy and comfortable. And then we met Nauval. His kindness, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made such an impact on our experience. He is the kind of person who elevates an entire resort simply by being who he is. Truly, every hotel should be so lucky to have a Nauval on their team. The property itself is lovely, peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway... but it’s the people who turn a stay into something truly memorable. We left grateful, refreshed, and already made plans to stay at the Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo next, excited to visit the Komodo dragons and looking forward to another wonderful experience.
