Our week at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Lombok was wonderful from the start. When we arrived, some renovations were happening, and the team immediately offered to move us to a beautiful oceanfront room away from the work area, a gesture we truly appreciated. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay feel easy and comfortable. And then we met Nauval. His kindness, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made such an impact on our experience. He is the kind of person who elevates an entire resort simply by being who he is. Truly, every hotel should be so lucky to have a Nauval on their team. The property itself is lovely, peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway... but it’s the people who turn a stay into something truly memorable. We left grateful, refreshed, and already made plans to stay at the Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo next, excited to visit the Komodo dragons and looking forward to another wonderful experience. We had a great stay at The Beach House Resort, we were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink, the staff carried our luggage to the room. The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes' walk from the port and restaurants, with a view of the beach from the reception. The room is clean and functional, in the hall there's a small closet and a safe box, there's a desk with a mini-fridge, the bed is comfortable and the sheets are clean. In the bathroom, towels are provided, they give small bottles of drinking water, hand soap, small samples of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, a small hairdryer. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one at the entrance with a bar in the water and a 2nd quieter one, there is a restaurant in the hotel and another further away, and a spa. In the evenings, singers give concerts in a pleasant atmosphere. We loved our stay and we will come back on our next trip.

I Gili Trawangan, 4 minutters gange fra North East Beach, ligger Amani, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering og en fellesstue. I absolutely loved this place. If I could I would’ve stayed here much longer. The bed was comfortable, the courtyard was very very well maintained with beautiful flowers, the staff was super friendly, it was very clean and tastefully designed.
