We stayed there before and after a 4 day jungle trek during the low/wet season. The bungalow was located on the river, right at the edge of the jungle. There are frequently macaque and Thomas's leaf monkeys in the trees and jumping on the roof. You can leave non-food items on the patio (like clothes drying after the jungle), but the host advised us to keep the door locked when we aren't around to keep them from coming in. We specifically chose somewhere without AC to acclimatize to the temperature and humidity, but ventilation inside was good. Porters met us at our taxi to carry the luggage through the village and across the bridge, which was appreciated.

The place was very cosy and the rooms were comfortable ! All the staff was just amazing and very helpful ! Thank you for your kindness 🙏🏼 We made the one night jungle trek and it was just an incredible experience ! The camp was very privative and we were alone in the middle of nowhere. There's an on-site cafe that serves good breakfasts, and the coffee is great too. Our room was clean and comfortable. They also offer scooter rentals and a laundry service, which is very convenient. The staff was excellent, and I want to give a special mention to Mr. Rahman, who was incredibly kind. Highly recommended!

Brian and his family are all so helpful and kind, answering any questions we had and making us feel at home at their beautiful guest house. We arrived and Brian helped us organise a two day, one night jungle trek which completely exceeded all of our expectations. The team were extremely knowledgable about the rainforest, stopping to tell us not only about all the incredible animals, but also the fauna we saw on our way. The food both on the trek and at the guest house was delicious! Can't recommend this place highly enough
