I had one of the little huts which was so cute and cosy. The bed and the pillows are super comfortable and it’s quiet so perfect for a good night sleep after a long day. The shower is hot and good pressure. Also it’s very clean everywhere around the hostel. The location is great as it’s closed to many restaurants, atm, shops. Ranasa is perfect to chill and socialise whatever you feel like as they have separate spaces for both. The stuff is just incredible. So friendly, kind and they will help you with whatever you need help with. Just simply a great atmosphere and great place to stay in Yogyakarta. I wish they had more hostels like this around Indonesia.

Diah is so nice and very helpful for any assistance. We booked 13 room for a family gathering and everybody was happy. The furniture is extraordinary excellent.

Really nice place, once your in the garden it's easy to forget your in a big city. The family are really nice and couldn't do enough for us. Really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Rumah Jawa Guest House (Syariah) has garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, set in Yogyakarta, 2 km from Fort Vredeburg. From the beginning, staff was hospitable. They assisted us in finding a tour driver and helping us get train tickets to the airport. The property and room was clean and beautiful. Not only did they serve authentic Indonesian food for breakfast but it was also delicious. And it was a different menu each day. Would diffently stay at this property again.
