My recent stay at Powerscourt Hotel was elevated to new heights, thanks to a truly heartwarming and thoughtful gesture from the manager. Celebrating my birthday during this luxurious retreat was made even more special by the unique touch of personalised attention. Upon returning to my room after a day of exploring the grounds, I was met with a delightful surprise—a beautifully adorned table featuring a small, delicious birthday cake. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it was evident that the manager had gone above and beyond to make this moment memorable. It was a delightful treat, and the accompanying birthday card added a warm, personal touch that left a lasting impression. What made this experience truly exceptional was the manager's genuine effort to ensure that my birthday was celebrated in a way that surpassed my expectations. This small but meaningful act not only showcased the manager's attention to detail but also reflected the overall ethos of Powerscourt Hotel—a dedication to making each guest feel special and valued. It's these personalised touches that set this establishment apart, creating a lasting connection and ensuring that every guest feels like a VIP.

Boasting a restaurant, bar and free WiFi, The Coach House is set in Roundwood, 11 km from Glendalough Monastery and 15 km from National Garden Exhibition Centre. Cozy, Clean and Comfortable. The food was lovely and desperately needed after our hike. We can wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.

Central House, a property with a bar, is situated in Shillelagh, 23 km from Altamont Gardens, 28 km from Leinster Hills Golf Club, as well as 31 km from Carlow College. The building is historic but my room was either new or rehabbed and it was fresh and clean and decorated really cute. There is a bar on premises which was nice and so convenient. Sean was a great host-very welcoming and friendly. Made me feel like a local which was great as a solo traveler. He had a breakfast room which was decked out with many different breakfast choices perfect for hikers or anyone.

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Sunriseview Cottages is situated in Wicklow, 5.8 km from Wicklow Gaol and 29 km from National Garden Exhibition Centre. The location was great for our family as we were looking for some solitude with an ability to enjoy Wicklow, Greystones and Dublin. The cottage had great space, was well appointed and had very comfortable beds.

Greystones Harbour Apartments is located in Greystones, 5.4 km from Brayhead, 7.6 km from National Garden Exhibition Centre, as well as 7.7 km from Bray Heritage Centre. The decor was elegant and stylish, wonderful lighting, heating, thoughtful touches available (like coffee, tea, wine and snacks) so we could relax from the moment we arrived and not have to go to a supermarket. The bed was super comfy. Towels luxurious. Friendly and responsive communication.

Aughavannagh Yurt Glamping, a property with a garden and barbecue facilities, is situated in Aughrim, 34 km from Mount Wolseley (Golf), 35 km from Wicklow Gaol, as well as 40 km from Carlow Golf Club.... It was very unique, quiet, and comfortable. The hosts were kind and breakfast was delicious.

Located in Wicklow and only 2.5 km from Wicklow Gaol, Knockrobin Cottage provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. Great people, they made us so welcome

Offering a garden and mountain view, Glamping in the 2nd Field is set in Aughrim, 32 km from Glendalough Monastery and 41 km from Mount Wolseley (Golf). The accommodation was in a beautiful location. We were able to sit outside until quite late. It was incredibly peaceful. Coffee was available in the kitchenette.

Cracatinni Mews is situated in Roundwood, 16 km from National Garden Exhibition Centre, 17 km from Powerscourt House & Gardens, as well as 19 km from Wicklow Gaol. Location was perfect for the walking we were doing. Our host even gave us a lift to the start of the walk we were doing as it was a little way from where we were staying, very lovely lady! Lovely choice of breakfast delivered to our door.

Located in Kilday, 13 km from National Garden Exhibition Centre, K2Cottages has a garden, parking on-site and rooms with free WiFi access. With garden views, this accommodation provides a patio. It was such an amazing experience! The property was so gorgeous,exceptionally clean and was equipped with everything we needed .Waking up to the Alpacas and getting to feed them was such an amazing experience.I will 100% be coming back and the staff were so so lovely and friendly.
