Port Aran House is beautifully and tastefully decorated, and you really feel good staying there. The kitchen is clean, and you can cook something if you like. Breakfast was outstanding: excellent homemade bread, scones, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, butter, jams, yogurts, eggs ... We truly felt at home, and the host was exceptionally friendly, giving us plenty of great tips on where to go in the evening and which cycling routes to take. The best advice he gave us was when we asked whether we should wait in our rooms for better weather. He said: "Those who wait never see the sun." And he was right: it rained for 20 minutes, and then the sun came out, and we swam on a stunning tropical beach. I warmly recommend staying here.

Overlooking its own beach, Ard Einne House Bed & Breakfast provides en suite accommodation with views of the Galway and Clare coastlines. The location is stunning, on a quiet side of the island and on a hill with wonderful views. With rented bikes we got around easily. The room was very comfortable, and the downstairs sitting area was cozy and good for meeting people and chatting. Breakfast was delicious and the hostess very kind and helpful.

We were two couples the downstairs room was tiny so the bed was a full but I slept great. The whole house is lovely and clean. The view is stunning. I was concerned because we had a later ferry and didn’t have time to run to the market and we were pleasantly surprised to have fresh bread milk and eggs to make breakfast with. I will try to stay here on my next visit. We all loved having space to hang out and enjoy our trip.

The owner, Claire, was cheerful and friendly, and I had a very comfortable stay. I lost my wallet, but Claire searched for it in the car, at the airport, and on the bus. I never found it, but Claire's kindness saved me from the disappointment of losing my wallet.

Aran Islands Hotel, på Inis Mor, har romslige soverom med eget bad, noen med balkong og utsikt over Kileaney Bay og Kilronan Harbour. Her finnes en restaurant og en bar pluss kostnadsfritt Internett. What a hidden treasure of a hotel! The breakfast alone was amazing!! Hot buffet with thick bacon sausage and eggs! Also had a seperate buffet with kiwi, apples, toast, & cereal. Great coffee and great value! They also have a shuttle from the ferry to the hotel which was nice since the hotel is a 10 minute walk from the terminal!
