The location of the hotel was excellent. Right in the heart of the Christian Quarter, you can easily reach the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, the Western Wall, and Al-Aqsa Mosque within a 10-minute walk. It is also very close to shops, restaurants, money exchangers, and a taxi stand. The room was spacious. The free breakfast was superb. I had it every single day I was there, and there was a daily serving of eggs prepared in more than one way, accompanied by a wide variety of cheeses, olives, and sometimes even falafel. What stood out to me personally was the staff. They were extraordinarily helpful and welcoming and can easily enter your heart. Mariah, Nasser, and Ayad were kind and courteous, and I simply can't look back to this trip without thinking about them. One member of staff was Mr. Jamal. He truly went above and beyond in making sure my stay in Jerusalem was warm and comfortable. He possesses an intimate knowledge not just of the Holy City, but also of the surrounding towns and cities. Jamal is the star of the show here, and he also offers guided tours. He would not hesitate to share his knowledge and assistance with you. If I were to go back to Jerusalem, I would book at the Gloria Hotel any day of the week. اخوكم عبدالعزيز من العراق

We returned as a couple to the Templar inn following a memorable family stay a few years back. A beautiful intimate inn within an historic templar building at the center of the German colony within walking distance of everything. The templar room was a unique experience - elegant architecture, spacious and tastefully furnished. Breakfast was wonderful in a relaxed vibe in their beautiful garden. The inn is run by a fascinating, warm couple who patiently took care of all our needs. Simply good. We’ll be back.

The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Jerusalem, with easy access to everything. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

The location is outstanding: the hotel is situated very close to the Damascus Gate, making it an ideal base for exploring the Old City and its surroundings, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel itself is brand new, modern, and very comfortable. Our room was well-designed, clean, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The staff truly made a difference. Everyone was exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive. Any request we had was handled immediately and with genuine kindness, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfasts were abundant, fresh, and exceptionally healthy, with a great variety of options to start the day in a balanced and enjoyable way. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel in a prime location, combining comfort, tranquility, excellent service, and a brand-new atmosphere. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others visiting Jerusalem.
