I'm not sure if I've ever given 10/10 but this place deserves it. Peter is a fantastic host. The location is good with restaurants and the beach nearby, but the street itself is quiet. The rooms are deluxe and super comfortable. I could happily have stayed longer and would like to stay there again. Highly recommended!

Location is perfect, far from the noisy beaches but close to everything if you have a bike!

A truly beautiful place with incredibly warm and friendly staff... including the owner, who was genuinely welcoming. The property is close to the beach, and although it took us a momentttt to locate it, the team was extremely helpful over the phone and guided us effortlessly. Once we arrived, the experience was wonderfully calm and peaceful. The rooms are impressively spacious, spotless, and equipped with 24/7 hot water and reliable AC. The entire stay felt safe, comfortable, and relaxing. A perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment. Highly recommended!

Rishab and Athelia are truly remarkable souls joyful, kind, and genuinely invested in every guest’s comfort. Their positivity is contagious, and from the moment I arrived, I felt embraced with care. They welcomed me personally, showed me around the hostel, introduced me to their adorable dogs and cat, guided me to the beach shortcut, and sent thoughtful local recommendations that made my days effortless. They didn’t just host me they made sure I felt at home. Even when it was time to leave, they sent me off with the same cheerful, wholehearted energy, arranging my taxi with such warmth that it genuinely touched me. It shows how much they value what they do and how deeply they care about their guests. Special mention to Anil, they are respectful, gentle, and ever-helpful, who added even more comfort to my stay. The location is perfect close to the beach and everything you need within walking distance. And if you want to explore further north, renting a bike is very convenient in Goa. I met wonderful people here, felt truly looked after, and left with a full heart.

2.3 km from Coco Beach, Casa Do Leão A 150 year Old Portuguese Home is a recently renovated property situated in Nerul and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The place is safe and homely. Rowan and Tatsiana shared lots of useful information for tourists. The restaurant has good Western food. We were able to ask for a packed breakfast when we needed it.

Mamagoa Beach Resort features a private beach area, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Mandrem. Very chill, quiet, restful and beautiful. Great breakfast and restaurant with a lovely view. Friendly staff.
