The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always providing useful information whenever we asked or needed anything. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious, truly homemade and prepared with care. Our room was very clean, warm, and cozy, making us feel comfortable. Hot water was always available. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of, and we will come again if visiting Agra once again.

He and his staff's kindness and care truly made our trip extra special. The hotel itself is stunning. Each room is uniquely designed, with attention to detail that makes the space feel full of character. The location is quiet yet very convenient, perfect for exploring the city while still feeling peaceful at night. We also loved the Peacock Restaurant — it’s beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything about our stay was exceptional. We would 100% return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur.

Perfeito!! Hotel familiar onde vc se sente em Casa!! Quarto limpo e super confortável, e comida que a família oferece DELICIOSA!! À noite ainda fomos surpreendidos por um som de piano no terraço. Foi muito bom!

Localizado a 1 km do centro financeiro e do centro da cidade de Nova Deli, o Hotel Imperial oferece uma piscina ao ar livre e um clube de saúde e bem-estar. Everything, the hotel and ALL the staff are polite, attentive, the service was simply superb. The Management team should be congratulated for running an absolutely amazing hotel. It was simply the best hotel we stayed in, in India, the breakfast was amazing, the attention to detail in the rooms was amazing and the pool staff couldn’t do enough for you. We ate in the Italian restaurant twice and the food was just superb. We arrived very tired at 5-45am on our first day, the staff told us to sit down and they would come over to us and arrange check-in. They provided us with changing facilities and then we had breakfast before going out for our morning tour of old Delhi. Nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our last few days in India so memorable.

The food was excellent, beautifully prepared, and full of variety. The chef went out of his way to accommodate our dietary restrictions and personal preferences, which we deeply appreciated and did not go unnoticed.
