The staff is so attentive, the hotel is beautifully decorated, and they even let us choose our room upon arrival. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable! The concierge was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and so was the dinner! We can’t wait to come to Jaipur again just to stay at the Pearl Palace Heritage!

The hostel is in a perfect location and has a great view from the rooftop terrace. The dorms were quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated having curtains on the bed, something not a lot of hostels offer in India. This was a very social hostel and a great place to connect with other travelers. The managers Vikash and Tej were super friendly, helpful and took great care of us. I'm really glad I stayed here and I recommend this hostel.

Everything, the staff is amazing, the location is great, the food in the restaurant upstairs is delicious, and the rooms are spacious and have spectacular views. Also the camel safari organized by the property is really good.

Beautiful building, very responsive to booking requests, tucked away down a narrow street but a very helpful tuktuk service that was available to drive you in and out with bags. Rooftop pool was lovely. Excellent location near the older parts of town. When we visited it was newly opened, so some small teething issues with breakfast, but I’m sure these will improve as the staff were responsive and keen to hear feedback. Looking forward to returning when the bars are open, as both the cocktail bar and the rooftop bar look like they will be lovely.

This place is a gem. This kind of hospitality is rare. Located in the Pink City, many sights are within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, with great hot showers, comfy beds, and lovely decor. Wi-Fi is working well. There are always interesting and great people staying here. The rooftop terrace, with views over the city and the Tiger Fort, is a great place to meet other guests in the evening. Gaurav is an outstanding host, making all his guests feel welcome, cooking delicious meals, and helping guests in any way he can. Because of him, this place is so much more than a hotel; it feels like a home.

Dinesh were very friendly and were very helpfull with everything! That made this stay so wonderfull. Good breakfast. Clean, big room. Powerfull shower. AC worked. My room was at the first floor but with very little noise.

This hotel is definitely a place worth recommending! Rooms are specious and clean, there is a nice sitting area with colourful pillows by the window + they offer rooms for 3 people which is not so common. You can relax in the rooftop, get some food or tea. It is a really pleasant and a chill spot. However, what we were the most impressed by was the owner of the hotel. His hospitality was absolutely amazing. We ordered an overnight safari and he really made sure that everything is perfect. After we came back from sleeping at a desert, he offered us a free possibility to shower in the hotel even thought we have already checked out. He also told us a lot off interesting facts about Jaisalmer and even showed his family home. What’s more we had a late night train and he offered to drop us off without any extra charge. I must say we haven’t experienced such a great hospitality in any other hotel in India. Thank you again for a great stay!
