The homestay itself is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. Every detail reflects care and comfort, which added greatly to the overall charm of the retreat. What made our experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service from Alisha and Akash. They were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From ensuring our comfort to promptly assisting with any requests, their hospitality went above and beyond expectations. They made us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thanks to the wonderful homestay and the dedication of Alisha and Akash, our time at Di Lac Retreat was both relaxing and heartwarming. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent service and warm hospitality.

I am sure because its recently opened. Met the host Hersh there. Such a good vibe he is. Happy to have good travel experience after long time. Must recommended for travellers and backpackers.

The rooms are clean, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The café has a charming vibe — a perfect spot to work in peace during the day and unwind over drinks in the evening. It’s also a great place to make memories and connect with fellow travelers. The food they serve is wholesome and homely, and I have to give a special mention to Shwetank’s desserts and Shriya’s momos — both were absolutely lip smacking! And don’t miss their Thongba, a traditional drink that’s a must-try! What made the experience even more special were the resident pets — Milo, Murphy, Munmun, and Ginger, who kept me lovely company. Oh, and the coffee is top-notch too! Thank you for making my stay truly memorable. I’ve found my home away from home.
