Super polite, smiling, professional. Check in experience was quick and pleasant. Room was clean, they offer complimentary water like 3 liters, which is perfect for us. Location is good. Pool was very clean. Staff is helpful and polite.

Loved this hotel!!! Its extravagant, the opulence was amazing and the hotel had this small nuggets of fantastic restaurants within them and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
