Situated along Mount Road in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola is 8 km from the Chennai International Airport. It features 11 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Lots of towels which was great. Good security we felt very safe.

The property was warm and welcoming and the staff attentive and helpful. I arrived early and check in was facilitated by Faiz. Early check in was possible and the hotel kindly offered me an upgraded room. The upgraded room was fabulous. I would gladly stay here again.

Housekeeping staff were very courteous and always a step ahead to ensure our comfort. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. A few staffs who need special mention- 1) Avani (Food and Beverages)- Looked after us really well during breakfast and dining visits. 2) Minakshi and Syeda (Front office)- Very helpful during check in and check out. Minakshi went out of the way to send steamer and ginger/honey drink to the room to ensure quick recovery of our daughter who was having cold and stuffiness. 3) Dohwa and Monalisha (In room services)-Great Service.
