Staff is also amazing, especially Manish who helped me out a lot and became a friend of mine. I can only just recommend this place:)

Mr. Bharat and Ms. Sonali were more than kind to help us with special arrangement for our 4 year old daughter. The GM Mr. Mark came out to personally help us and provided us with the best room possible so that we did not had to walk a lot with our baby and her stroller.

Customer Service is magical. Couldnt ask for a better welcome. Most definitely the only place i will be staying when im around this area. Rooms were clean and good size. Shiv Shakti is a unique and peaceful location outside the hustle and bustle of Tapovan/ Rishikesh. The staff are all very helpful and the home cooked vegetarian food really good. The daily yoga practice was a great way to start the day and the constant sound of running water in the nearby waterfalls very relaxing.
