We never felt like staying in resort. Kids playing , we sipping tea in sitting area, playing chess, Varma , watching TV, reading newspaper at top view tower. Bed is quite comfortable, bathroom top notch clean . Clean and elegant and spacious. Breakfast is homemade and delicious .

Wonderful staff who bend backwards to give you want you want . One can never go wrong with a Taj .. Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).

The food is prepared in house keeping taste and hygiene in mind. The breakfast spread was different each day. So it doesn't get boring.

A good location for a hassle-free getaway in Vythiri, Dhanagiri Homestay Wayanad is a homestay surrounded by views of the garden. Hospitality of Site Manager Renju is exceptional - loved it. The cottages are in the middle of coffee plantation, just greenery on all sides. One gets to stay within a forest. I trekked to the top of the hills within property together - amazing views and excellent trek. Go for a sunrise - I couldn't see it though due to mist / fog. Dinner is extraordinary - so much delicious food.
