An amazing property, seemed brand new, very well appointed and extremely comfortable. It was very foggy when we stayed but the location was incredible. Really wished we could have stayed longer. Would definitely return.

Cute cabin, that had all the things you need for a short stay. Room was clean. Well-equipped kitchen. The surroundings were beautiful, you could walk to the ocean or to the rocks or to a little church.

We have had the best stay here, filled with relaxation and joy, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. It’s a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the beauty of Iceland!

Jökla Guesthouse is a recently renovated guest house in Skjöldólfsstaðir, where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. A very nice house, inside furnished with excellent taste, kind land-lady, great location for visiting Stuðlagil. Hingly recommended.

Hengifosslodge Tiny Houses in Egilsstadir provides adults-only accommodation with a private beach area and a garden. Recently built, small tiny houses in a great location with a beautiful view over the lake and the surrounding hills. The place is nicely decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace. The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly and even prepare a small welcome gift in the kitchen. We would have loved staying longer.

Undiraldan - Steinholt, old music school is situated in Seyðisfjörður. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 3.8 km from Gufufoss. Great house. Fully equipped. Big. Great location

Set in Egilsstadir, 5.9 km from Hengifoss, Hengifosslodge Skáldahús has a private beach area, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. Scenery was spectacular and the room was very spacious, clean and felt like home.
