I felt right at home . The breakfast was delicious and the onsite restaurant was so good we chose to eat there every evening . If we ever get back to that part of Italy , we will for sure stay there . The morning we left , Donatella brought the delicious chocolate bread for me that I had ordered at dinner for dessert . Small gestures but very much appreciated .

The location is ideal — just a few minutes’ walk from the airport, which made it perfect for our early flight. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and even prepared breakfast to take away since we had to check out early. The apartment is modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Despite being next to a busy main road, it was completely quiet inside. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Staying in this apartment exceeded expectations – it was a modern, superbly equipped, and cozy sanctuary where absolutely nothing was missing. It was a spacious oasis with a comfortable bed, a generous wardrobe, and, what we particularly loved, a large private bathroom with a fantastic shower. The overall cleanliness and the newness of the furnishings were impeccable. The hosts, Barbara and Davide, deserve high praise – they greeted us personally and provided a detailed introduction to everything. Amenities make life easy: Each room has its own refrigerator/mini-bar which easily holds even large water bottles and other products. Furthermore, the communal kitchenette is the ideal spot to prepare tea or coffee at any time. The Breakfast Solution is Brilliant: Breakfast is not served on-site, but at three nearby eateries, using vouchers (worth €4 per person). This ensures excellent quality: you get delicious coffee and a fresh pastry. We highly recommend the AMUNI café, in the pink building across the street, where not only is the service excellent, but all additional orders are also very inexpensive. The Location You'll Want: The accommodation is ideal for exploring. You can walk to the train station and the seaside in just 10 minutes. Shopping centers and the boulevard are reachable within 10–15 minutes. We felt completely safe walking around the city, both during the day and late at night. From here, you can easily access excellent shopping streets, restaurants, and bars, and the airport bus stops right in front of the building. Davide's help eliminates parking stress – the owner recommended a free and supervised parking area on the harbor waterfront, which we reached within a few minutes on foot.

B&B Alèsia localiza-se a 2 km de Praia de Montesilvano e disponibiliza acomodações com varanda, assim como bicicletas gratuitas. Antonio is a very nice and polite host. He speaks enough English to communicate in a good way. When entering the building of the appartments there is a big, easy to open metal door that gives a feeling of security. We had the balcony on the side of a busy road that didn't produce any noise inside with the doors closed. I come from a big city so very nice to smoke a cigarette on the balcony, watching the cars drive by. In front of us there was a small park. The room is very clean with nice confortable beds and has all the utilities for a short or longer stay. And smells nice and fresh. We got three consumption tickets for the next morning to get a free coffee or croissants. There was also the option for eating in a restaurant where we were able to place reservations thru a scan of a QR code in the room. The 3 room appartment has everything a normal house has. A tv in the living room and master bedroom. A big kitchen with a big stove, a dining table and comfortable couch. Etc, etc. The inner city where all the restaurants and bars are is just a short 15-20 min. walk or 5 min. by car. By a 1 out of 5 star review i give the place and Antonio a 6. More then is possible. Highly recommended.
