The hotel team went above and beyond to help me, they found the ring and arranged to send it to me by post. I’m so grateful for their honesty, effort, and warmth. It’s rare to experience such genuine care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Our trip was in April - a little cold in the evenings, so we highly appreciate the heating option. The guesthouse also has a little green garden for chilling. Highly recommended!
