But his timing was poor. Filming for his latest movie just finished filming in Favignana a couple of months before this uber - stylish accommodation opened up. This oasis is the result of almost 5 years of painstaking designing, planning and building these luxury apartments, offering a cool, expansive and stunning reprieve from the generous sun in Favignana. The apartment is thoughtfully appointed with a larger fridge than most apartments, a drying rack for washing, hot plate and microwave. The furniture is from leading Italian designers - like Kartell - and the overall vibe of the room is stylish and minimalist cool. We were lucky enough to have the apartment with the mega sized balcony - with 3 separate areas to sunbake , star gaze or enjoy a pre or post dinner drink. Plans are underway for a hot tub on this stunning area which overlooks a mountain crowned with an ancient fortress where the unlucky Matt filmed his recent movie Odyssey. The hosts are warm and helpful - deftly navigating that difficult balance of ensuring guests feel welcome and taken care of, but give you your own space. Stefania and her husband made a wonderful breakfast each morning, customised to our preferences - everything from panini , eggs , cornettos to home made cakes. 2 nights was not enough - we’d love to come back for longer . This was definitely a highlight of southern Italy and I’d highly recommend . Thank you for an incredible 2 days!

Exceptional communication with the owner before check-in. Rosa the maid was also super nice. The room had everything we needed, modern furniture was a plus... The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a nice dinner and have a full breakfast. The location is on the main street, so we were close to everything.

It's amazing to wake up to an empty beach, have a coffee, and just let time pass by. Rooms were clean, well kept, and comfy at the same time. Consuelo, the super host, gave us many recommendations and checked on us every day. She sorted out electric bikes and even messaged us with the best beaches to visit daily. Thanks for all. Well done

Dimora delle Tonnare ligt in Favignana, op 8 minuten lopen van Spiaggia Praia, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. Wat een super plek op het prachtige eiland Favignana, de host Michele pikte ons op bij de haven en toen we aankwamen kregen we een gratis upgrade. Het hotel / kamer was echt mooi gelegen op een paar minuten fietsen van het stadje. In onze kamer was een keukentje koelkast en heerlijk terras, ook badkamer was top…echt een aanrader dus voor Favignana!

Case Vacanze Mariposa is gelegen op 3 minuten lopen van Spiaggia di Lido Burrone en biedt een terras. De accommodaties hebben airconditioning, een patio en gratis WiFi. Apartment we stayed in (#1) is very spacious, clean and beautifully designed and each apartment has its own porch. Located on a beautiful street with trees creating an arch. Minutes from one of the best beaches on island. (Lido Burrone). Hosts are exceptional and very helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Friendly owners and staff. A lift to and from the port was provided. Breakfast was very good. Coffee is always available. The breakfast is served on the terrace that has fabulous views and provides a lovely sheltered eating area. This is a well managed B&B and is highly recommended!
