The staff are friendly and gave us advice for where to go in the town. They also gave us a bottle of wine and some snacks for us to celebrate my birthday. We enjoy our stay here very much!

The apartment that we stayed on was the Arno apartment.I could not recommend this property enough.The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything that we needed in detail.It was beautifully furnished and it felt like home.It had a small inside backyard that was beautifully made and felt really cozy.The location was top.Everything you could visit in Florence or every restaurant that is famous was like a 5-10 min walk.Our stay was impeccable.The property provided even luggage storage the day of our check out.The check in process was also really easy and smooth.Just book the place!
