Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner offerings. The staff were kind, helpful, accommodating and attentive.

Amazing experience at this wonderful hotel; the location in Cannero Riviera is perfect, very close to the place where we can take the ferry and literally on the promenade along the lake. We had a room with a view on the lake and it was magical. The breakfast is the best breakfast we ever had; so many options! We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we didn't expect such a high quality. The price was more than reasonable for the experience we had. Everybody at the hotel was very welcoming and we really hada great stay.

Everything was exceptional — the property and service were flawless. Our host, Ms. Claudia, went above and beyond (she even asked what we would like for breakfast — something I had never experienced before). If you are travelling with family, consider bringing a small gift for her — her hospitality is so generous you’ll want to show your appreciation. Highly recommended.

She greeted me warmly with cheerful enthusiam upon my arrival. Barbara has the kind of voice that you could listen to all day without without getting tiring of it. Wonderful personality! The breakfast was very nice. Croissants, granola, yoghurt, fruit, ham and cheese. Juice and coffee. The room was comfortable with a very good bed. She even walked us to a nearby restaurant to ensure we didnt get lost. Two bottles of water in the room which was very kind of her. Highly recommended!
