Hotel Cannero is located in the lakeside town of Cannero Riviera on the shores of Lake Maggiore. It offers a seasonal outdoor pool and on-site restaurant. The location on the lake is very nice, calm and peaceful. The Hotel as every thing you need. The Town is one of those gems along the lake with just enough atmosphere of an evening but not over busy. We travelled by car and stored it in the Hotel garage which was secure and under the hotel. Pre book your slot. The staff were fabulous, helpful and friendly. We did enjoy the wine tasting experience in the hotels wine cellar. Some lovely wines to bring home. Definitely go back.

Set in Stresa in the Piedmont region, Villa Valesca features a balcony. This aparthotel is 600 metres from Borromean Islands. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Newly renovated and contemporary design.

Situated in Osmate Lentate and only 24 km from Villa Panza, Poggio del Poeta features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Everything was exceptional — the property and service were flawless. Our host, Ms. Claudia, went above and beyond (she even asked what we would like for breakfast — something I had never experienced before). If you are travelling with family, consider bringing a small gift for her — her hospitality is so generous you’ll want to show your appreciation. Highly recommended.

Situated in Cannobio, 18 km from Piazza Grande Locarno, Hotel Villa Cuserina features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. Villa Cuserina is well situated about 200m far from the boundary of the ancient village of Cannobio in the valley of Cannobino river. It is a new hotel with only few rooms. Therefore it is necessary to hold check-in times or to contact management for your arrival. The rooms are spacious, nice furnished, parkings are enough existing and breakfast is very good. Only the in hotels usual daily cleaning service was reduced to essentials.

Set just 23 km from Villa Panza, Casa vacanze Aria offers accommodation in Leggiuno with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a shared kitchen. The place is spacious, clean, very well located and Marsela has been super helpful. I highly recommend it!

Offering city views, Borgo Paradiso Guest House is an accommodation located in Maccagno Inferiore, 30 km from Exhibition Center Lugano and 32 km from Piazza Grande Locarno. Borgo Paradiso is located on a rather steep hill and allows a spectacular view over the roofs of Maccagno to Lago Maggiore. Our guest house was more than 100 years old, but nicely renovated. Our 2 rooms were on each side of a fully equipped kitchen with access to a balcony. The rooms had a good size, a wooden ceiling, and very comfortable beds. The bathroom had a good size and even a window! Our host Charlene spoke excellent English and was extremely nice and helpful. She offered us a gift of blueberry jam and honey and a coupon for free ice cream in the village. She also sent us advice for restaurants and which sights to see at Maccagno. Also the farmer who brought the breakfast (with fresh bread, cake, cheese and prosciutto) was very nice and made us feel welcome.

Situated in Cannobio, 18 km from Piazza Grande Locarno, Villa Diomira features accommodation with a garden and private parking. Everything. Just a wonderful experience! The breakfast was exceptional. This is the first time ever I will rate 10 out of 10 because usually there would be something to improve. At Villa Diomira I wouldn't change a thing!
