Luca and his mother were immensely friendly and accommodating. They responded very quickly in person and via WhatsApp and spoke English very well to us because we did not know Italian. Luca also provided local recommendations for food and things to do, Schuh was much-appreciated. The location was amazing, extremely clean, air conditioning worked well, and there were extra pillows and blankets in the closet.

Genoa's Hotel Fiume is 50 metres from the main street, Via XX Settembre, a 3-minute walk from Genova Brignole Train Station, and a 15-minute walk from the historic centre and the Aquarium.

Location perfect assuming one wants to be near Brignole Station. Remarkably good value for money. And better than one could reasonably expect from a two star. Also, v pleasant and helpful receptionist.

A beautiful hotel with a true sense of luxury. The atmosphere, decor, and service all felt upscale and relaxing. Unfortunately, our stay was too short to enjoy the spa area, but it definitely looked inviting.
