Cozy and comfortable place with an excellent location. It is very easy to get to the apartment. Short walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, train/bus station. There is also a car parking nearby. The room is clean and spacious, there is a kettle, coffee, tea, refrigerator, hairdryer and, most importantly, an air conditioner. Very friendly owner, who is always ready to help. We had a very pleasant experience staying in these apartments.

Very friendly and kind hosts. Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything necessary to have a pleasant stay. The surrounding area is quite. The small garden that belongs to the apartment is great extra. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, which is great for summer time. There is a car parking lot on the property. (With a bigger car it could get a little bit difficult.)

The location was great. 15 minute walk to town and 20 minutes to the station. Clean, comfortable and absolutely everything you could need in a home from home. Able to park the car close by with free on street parking. Local cafe and pizzaria only a couple of minutes away. There were timetables there for local buses into town and trains for Cinque Terre. Would certainly recommend it to anyone heading to La Spezia.
