I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alta Luce Mount Lounge Hotel in the charming village of Staffal, and I have to say that the breakfast served by Gianni was one of the highlights of my stay. The breakfast spread was simply amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Gianni's friendly and warm welcome each morning made me feel at home, and his attention to detail in presenting the breakfast spread was truly impressive. From freshly baked croissants and bread to an array of cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh fruits, there was something for everyone. The hot dishes were also exceptional, with perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, and sausages on offer. But what really stood out to me was the quality of the food. The ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality, and it was clear that a lot of care had been put into preparing each and every dish. I particularly enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice, which was a refreshing way to start the day. Overall, the breakfast served by Gianni at the Alta Luce Mount Lounge Hotel was an exceptional experience. His warm hospitality and the quality of the food made for a perfect start to each day of my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay in the beautiful village of Staffal.

The owner was nice and very friendly. The room was very warm which was really nice in the cold weather and both the room and the the bathroom were the perfect size. Breakfast was also abundant with cakes, tea and coffees available and a range of options.

Staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious with fresh cakes, breads and juices. The room was cozy, comfortable, spacious and well renovated. Everything worked very well. We did not have any issues with parking, there was enough space for the car. The location of the hotel was good little bit outside of the village.

A grocery store is a 4-minute walk, and the cable car is just 5 minutes away on foot. Parking is conveniently located right behind the house. The apartment is very tastefully and modernly renovated. We didn’t miss a thing. Nespresso coffee and a variety of tea flavors were available, which was a lovely touch. The mattresses and duvets were of excellent quality — even the sofa bed in the kitchen was incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen opens directly onto a terrace with a beautiful view of the town center and the surrounding mountains. We felt very comfortable and will definitely choose this accommodation again when we return to Alagna.

Great property and very close to great skiing - Frachey, Champoluc etc. Nice rooms. Great home-cooked breakfast. They also offer dinner options and jacuzzi and sauna that can be pre-booked for an extra charge. We loved it.
