We were hiking the Via Francigena and wanted a place close to the trail; mission accomplished! This property is in the process of being converted (practically done) by the owner's son into a very nice place to stay. The son's father was a world-class bicyclist and they are decorating using his many trophies, gear, etc. Very nice. We really liked our room. Our bathroom was close by down the hall but was just for our use, not shared. Our hosts were exceptionally nice and accommodating, especially towards our lack Italian language skills. The restaurant was especially good, the food expertly prepared and delicious. Breakfast was also very good. The price we paid was very reasonable. We rate this property very highly.

The view and the whole atmosphere of the property was so relaxing and picturesque. Our room looked over the pool and was perfect for a relaxing weekend. We also had lunch at the restaurant across the road run by the owners which was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful, accommodating all our needs. Would highly recommend.
