Learning how to enter and exit the facility was easy and modern. It made the place feel safer. The living room/dining room/common area was comfortable and beautiful with much information to learn more about Parma. The bed was very comfortable. Despite access closures on one side of the train station and having to go the long way around, it’s still very close to the train station. The owner is delightful. The morning breakfast is great. I even like the details of the decor and plants surrounding the freight elevator. Eco-friendly and aesthetic, affordable… it provided me very good value for my short stay in Parma.

We were meant to stay for 3 nights and extended to 4 due to it just being super nice and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic and everyone went over and beyond.
