Unlike the white sheet, cookie cutter template of a hotel, the repurposed factory/newspaper building felt like staying at a friend’s place who knows how to decorate. Learning how to enter and exit the facility was easy and modern. It made the place feel safer. The living room/dining room/common area was comfortable and beautiful with much information to learn more about Parma. The bed was very comfortable. Despite access closures on one side of the train station and having to go the long way around, it’s still very close to the train station. The owner is delightful. The morning breakfast is great. I even like the details of the decor and plants surrounding the freight elevator. Eco-friendly and aesthetic, affordable… it provided me very good value for my short stay in Parma.

The location of the property is amazing - just a few minutes outside the nearest town (by car) and as peaceful as I have not seen in years! Both breakfast and dinner I had at the property were delicious - good variety and tasting like homemade food! The owners are always available to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Basilicanova şehrinde, Parma İstasyonu noktasına 16 km mesafede yer alan Mulino di Casa Sforza Suites and Spa tesisi sezonluk açık yüzme havuzu, ücretsiz özel park yeri, bahçe ve restoran olanağı... Beautiful modernized stone farmhouse. The suite was huge and beautifully designed. The dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious...one of the best of our trip. Our host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

The bathroom is spacious and well equipped. The location of the place is a bit out of the city but really close to the highway exit and entry. The owners are soo lovely, helpful and available !!
