The staff were friendly. We were able to leave luggage before check in and after check out. Close to the port and staff were able to give us lots of restaurant recommendations. We had an issue with water leaking in our bathroom and it was sorted within five minutes of calling. Lots of sun beds and hammocks to hang out on too.

We spend in the hotel 3 night. The staffs are very kind and help in everything. The hotel is very clean and specious. Delicious breakfast. We will come back!!!

The hotel management were very helpful in transport to and from the ferry and helping us with the buses. It is a good boutique hotel.

Great view, friendly staff, food was delicious (we had breakfast and lunch), beds are comfortable, the hot tub and terrace are generously sized, good sized wardrobe.

Ubytovanie Hotel Boutique Ideal sa nachádza v destinácii Ischia 2 min. chôdze od miesta Pláž Spiaggia di Cava dell'Isola. I love the family/staff who are there, from gardeners , room attendant, owners, restaurant staff. They were all so kind, helpful and they gave us a lot of tips on how to enjoy Ischia to the max (airport transfers, best pizza on the island, beach, boat island tour, going around, etc, etc). The room was impeccably clean (hubby only stays in immaculately clean rooms) . Thought it was small at first, but actually was very comfortable size-wise and had a super view of the sea and garden from the balcony. The garden was beautiful with its diverse flora , so well kept, it’s a pleasure to savor the beauty of them all. The pools (one normal with jets , 1 thermal) were perfect for 4 couples to swim at the same time, so sizes are ok. Enough umbrellas and lounge chairs for all to enjoy. Breakfast was consistently good, with more than enough selection , can always order egg dishes as well. Our 5-course dinner on Sunday was with cognilio (famous specialty of Ischia) or fish as main dish , served. We opted for the fish though, so we missed the opportunity to taste the island’s best fish. But, we were more than satisfied with the fish too and pleasantly surprised how great each course was, the presentation and taste! Ambience for dinner at the terrace was also quite romantic .

This place is an absolute oasis of calm and peace. A perfect base for exploring the area. Everything was spotlessly clean, all the tech worked perfectly including the jacuzzi. Beautiful home made cakes and lovely friendly welcome by Emanuela. Really magnificent and we can't wait to go back.
