The place is absolutely amazing, located in the heart of the historic city, less than 5 mins to central plaza, we got the nice surprise of being upgraded to a suite which was amazing, clean and comfortable beds, the communication with the staff was always great, they were very helpful and by the end the gave us a farewell gift… just the cherry on top!! I recommend this place 200% btw, taking booking the rooftop for the aperitif is a must, great view

We had a room overlooking Piazza Santo Spirito, my favourite church in Florence! With the two sets of windows, we couldn't hear anything from the piazza below. The room has been designed with care, including plenty of hangers and hooks. Breakfast isn't included on the premises, but there is an espresso machine and kettle in the room for warm beverages, plus biscuits to help get you going in the morning, and a mini fridge (I brought yogurts). Filippo and Gregorio were very kind hosts too!

Location and the Really amazing staff…they got into my hire car and walked me back to the hotel on arrival and when leaving as there was a market on and the street was blocked they did the same in reverse to get me to the back alleyway.Just Brilliant …and they sorted out some laundry too!
