Hotel Duomo is just 15 steps up the stone stairway from Orvieto's majestic Gothic Cathedral. All rooms feature air conditioning, an LCD TV with DVD player, and a small table with 2 chairs. The staff were outstanding. The hotel was excellent.

Surrounded by olive trees in a charming location on the hills of Assisi, Hotel La Terrazza RESTAURANT & SPA is just 800 metres from the historic centre and close to the sports centre. It has the best pool on our travels to date. They let us check in really early. The room had an amazing view over the Umbria Valley. On the morning we left they let us start our breakfast 30 minutes early.

Extremely accommodating, even though we arrived pretty late we were warmly received by the staff who made us feel at home.
