Nice Nespresso coffee machine and some packaged pastries which were nice to start the day off. Parking was free and close, there are a few steps to get to the apartment. Walking distance to the center of Montepulciano, around 8-10 minutes I’d say. Host was available for questions. Ac worked well for heating.

It was an excellent stay, a very helpful, and friendly lady. She was so understanding even though we checked in late. She gave us special beds and bowls for our dogs. There is so much attention to detail !! incredible value for money and a great breakfast. Would 100% recommend

We could drive around Tuscany with ease from here. Beautiful breakfast and the staff were wonderful. The property was in great condition and would love to have a swim there in Summer!
