Last minute reservation and they were super accommodating. Great views, nice views great breakfast and next to town so closer to everything .

Most amazing view from the window. Awesome, large bathroom with shower, room was good size because we got the triple, nice design with an old typewriter and sewing machine which was cool. Nice Nespresso coffee machine and some packaged pastries which were nice to start the day off. Parking was free and close, there are a few steps to get to the apartment. Walking distance to the center of Montepulciano, around 8-10 minutes I’d say. Host was available for questions. Ac worked well for heating.

The photos definitely don't do justice to how unique this place is. The rooms are decorated in a stark Tuscan style, equipped with all the essentials in both the kitchen and bathroom; we even provided a bathrobe and flip-flops. The regional breakfasts included coffee, juices, water, and, of course, three kinds of cake, local meats, bread, fruit, and cheeses. Guests could also request scrambled or fried eggs. You can also order a platter of regional products, which I highly recommend! The property is completely peaceful and quiet, an ideal place for those seeking tranquility and spending time surrounded by nature. In a beautiful grove, there's a beautiful swimming pool with a stunning view of the Tuscan hills. The agritourismo staff was very helpful. We especially thank Luca and Fabio for recommending places worth seeing.
