The staff (Bashar, Nour and Nancy) and the whole customer service was incredible from the very first minute. We were welcomed with a coffee and a biscuit. Our room was great, spotless with nice amenities. The SPA facility was amazing, we used it everyday, because the jacuzzi complimented with water and cranberry juice was amazing. After each day we had a great rest there. Breakfast is great, variety of food, plenty of vegan, non vegan options. We really felt taken care of throughout the whole trip. MOST IMPORTANTLY, after check out I realised at the airport that my headphones are missing. The hotel offered to send a driver just to pick the headphones which were brought directly to my airport lounge. All that added up was the best experience of the year. I definitely recommend this hotel!
