The room was spacious, quiet, spotless and the amenities were great, the toiletry products were of high quality. The staff was very helpful. This is a beautiful hotel with an ideal location. There is a train station next to the property, a Lawson convenience store one block away, and several trendy clothing stores around the corner. You can easily walk north to the buzzy Nishiki area and Oasis 21/museums, and southwest to the Osu Shotengai Shopping Street. One evening I made a reservation for the hotel’s warm pool, steam room, onsen, and sauna. It was extremely relaxing and the facilities were fantastic. They even have swim suits to borrow for free. The hotel room itself was very impressive, including a nice view of the city with floor to ceiling windows. The bathroom is spacious and featured heated floors. I will stay at this hotel again.

There was a music room where my friends and I stayed up late chatting. The hosts offered to make us breakfast (to my shock they had gf options). The staff were so friendly and welcoming, we arrived on a wet rainy day, the staff helped us dry our bags and ourselves on arrival.
