Effective October 1, 2025, a lodging tax will be introduced by ordinance of Takayama City. In addition to the room charge, 100 yen per person per day will be charged. The place is very cozy, the common area is spacious and there's a lot of things to do. Very convenient place for the spots around, near the station. They waited for our arrival at 1 am after there was an accident with the trains. They even let us leave our luggage after checkout for 2 nights while we went to Shirakawa-go.

Oyado Koto No Yume, 2 menit dengan berjalan kaki dari Stasiun Takayama, menawarkan kamar-kamar bergaya Jepang dengan sentuhan penuh warna. The staffs were very friendly, polite and considerate. The place is clean and well located, the station is just around the corner. Breakfast was great and generous. The parking lot is available just in front of the hotel.

I have been in many Ryokan and this was TOP!
