This wasn't just a stay for a few nights, but an exceptional experience! You can feel all this nostalgia that gets you from every room and every hallway even though you were never there. The grand piano in the gymnasium is still very much alive, and if you know how to play even just a little, the whole place echoes and sings! All of the staff members is so friendly and helpful that will make you feel you're home than just a customer passing through. This has become undoubtedly my personal favourite place which I will visit again in my travels! どもありがとうございました

This was a great introduction to a ryokan experience. While it’s part of a chain, it still felt authentic. Very spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness. The onsen is one of the best we’ve experienced, with a view of ghe mountains. The food was so generous, prepared with the highest level of attention to sourcing local ingredients, respecting seasonal produce, and balancing flavors. This was a really lovely stay.

It was raining heavily when we arrived and the staff immediately put our shoes on shoe dryers - Breakfast was delicious - Onsen was hot and relaxing - We enjoyed trying on the yukatas, sake tastings, and all the little free activities in the hotel
