I Nakatsugawa, under 1 kilometer fra Toson Memorial Museum, ligger 馬籠ふるさと学校 Magome Furusato Gakkou, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en fellesstue og en terrasse. すばらしい。everything was great. The guestthouse was far from the town but i was told in advance aboout the location and surrounding area. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lady was really nice talking to me in japanese although my japanese wasnt good. The room was warm. There are a kitchen to use and a gym to get moving if you want to. I had a great stay the the guesthouse.

Very close to the JR station and Nohi bus station where you can catch the buses to day trip to Shirakawa~go and visit sub-zero frozen forest at Akigami onsen. The breakfast was delicious with local traditional food including the amazing “koshihikari” rice and continental options. Walking around the old town is also a unique experience where you can find several restaurants that offers the amazing Hida wagyu. The entrance to the women bath in the hotel is protected with security code, giving extra protection and confidence to the female guests. We could enjoy the warm outdoor onsen and the cold snow.

I Shirakawa-go, 45 kilometer fra Hida Minzoku Mura landsbymuseum, ligger Onyado Yuinosho, Shirakawago, som har en fellesstue, gratis privat parkering, en restaurant og en bar. The place was incredible! Big rooms, amazing facilities and wonderful staff! The onsens were great as well!

Effective October 1, 2025, a lodging tax will be introduced by ordinance of Takayama City. In addition to the room charge, 100 yen per person per day will be charged. Comfortable stay at the Guesthouse. Welcomed by the staff, smooth check-in and explanation of the facility. Clean and comfortable rooms, kitchen, shower room etc. I actually loved the place very much and would book it for my next trip to Takayama.

The place is absolutely beautiful. By far one of the nicest hotels I've been in. Every detail is well thought of, and the location near Takayama Old city is great.

Nestled in the tranquil Hida Mountains, Miyama Ouan Kyoritsu Resort offers traditional accommodation featuring hot spring baths and nature views. The vegetarian food was great!
