Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal. Ryokan bem tradicional, linda decoração dos ambientes, equipe e atendimento maravilhosos, quarto amplo e bem limpo, confortável e relaxante. Local bem tranquilo, ótimo para descansar. Onsen com águas termais maravilhoso. Café da manhã bem servido com variedades de opções. Foi uma experiência incrível de hospedagem em Kusatsu Onsen. O ryokan fica um pouco afastado do centro (Yubatake) e do terminal de ônibus, mas não prejudicou em nenhum momento a nossa experiência na cidade. Inclusive, na volta o carro do próprio ryokan levou a gente de volta para o terminal de ônibus.

Built in 1913, the Kusatsu Hotel exhibits the architectural style of the Japanese Taisho Era. O hotel é fantástico! Você tem uma experiência completa de um hotel estilo japonês e ainda é muito bem tratado. Tudo no hotel é com carinho e qualidade! Amei! Quero voltar! Ah, detalhe, aceita hóspedes tatuados no onsen do hotel, galera!

A cerca de 47 km de Parque dos Macacos Jigokudani e a 15 km de Mt. Kusatsu Shirane, BUNA KUSATSU Onsen Inn dispõe de quartos em Kusatsu. The room was bright and clean, and the private onsen was amazing. There is a kitchen and a shared space where you can experience a traditional Japanese kotatsu. Everything was great except that the property is located on a hill, so you have to climb to reach nearby places. The road was very slippery on snowy days, and we almost slipped several times. I would not recommend this place for travelers with elderly people or young children.

We had such a wonderful time at Tanigawa Valley Lodge & Coffee Roastery. Staying here felt more like visiting a friend than checking into a lodge. Craig and his family are genuinely lovely… warm, generous, and full of helpful local insights. From day one, Craig helped us plan everything: hiking routes, the best nearby restaurants, even the local swimming spot his family visits daily. He even pointed out interesting local wildlife, which added a special touch to our nature walks. The rooms were super comfortable, breakfast was a delight, and the coffee… well, it lives up to the “roastery” in the name. Truly some of the best we’ve had in Japan. We’re already talking about coming back in winter to experience the area’s skiing. Highly recommended.

Minakami Onsen Aratashi Minakami situa-se em Minakami, a 33 km de Estância de Esqui de Gala Yuzawa, e dispõe de acomodações com um terraço, estacionamento privado gratuito e um restaurante. Hotel staff is friendly and really made us feel at home with their personalised service. We love the Kaiseki dinner, their sets breakfast, and their rooms are equipped with private onsen and it is Modernised and exceptionally clean. Their public onsen is spacious, clean and fully equipped.

This tucked-away remodeled 120 year old geisha house has been redone beautifully. The owners have created a wonderful, inviting atmosphere that reflects their kind and generous nature. The place also has a restaurant that features Spanish and Argentine cuisine and serves a great breakfast. An unexpected delight in Kiryu!

Traditional style furnitures but indeed very new and clean! Super nice staff. Small and cozy public bath, not many tourist so some chance u get private bath 😆 Met some cats in the carpark behind.

Kusatsu Hotel Bekkan Wata no Yu (Adult Only) encontra-se em Kusatsu, a 45 km de Parque dos Macacos Jigokudani e a 14 km de Mt. Kusatsu Shirane. This hotel made our trip to Kusatsu Onsen extra special and I am so glqd we chose this hotel. First of all, the owner is a very kind, bright, and nice person. She was always most helpful and kind (we would have made a big transport mistake without her help, she even called the bus company to help us find the best route). The rooms were modern Japanese, beautiful, spacious, and clean. There were comfortable yukatas to wear inside as well as ones to wear outside, which allowed us to enjoy touring Kusatsu in yukatas. On the day we arrived there was a delicious macha pudding waiting in the fridge! The amenities were excellent and everything was designed beautifully. The location is very near to everything you might want to see in Kusatsu Onsen while still being in a nice, peaceful spot. The main shopping streets, yubatake, a beautiful park full of hot springs, and so many other things are just a few minutes away. There is an onsen and a sauna at the hotel, the space is soothing, beautiful, and clean. Going to bathe there was a very relaxing way to end the day and really enjoy the onsen water Kusatsu is famous for. In these spaces too the amenities were excellent. We had an excellent experience and would certainly choose this hotel again. And thank you so much again to the very kind owner! :)
