Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

Clean and big rooms, en suite toilet was well equipped! Went during winter, and the whole cottage was surrounded by snow - such a vibe! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was super delicious! Thanks for the pickup and drop off at the bus station!

Wadano Gateway made my stay in Hakuba the best part of my whole Japan trip. The apartment room is sooo spacious and it is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. The free bike rental is great for getting around the beautiful village. I'll be staying here again!

The accommodation was really clean and located slightly away from the busy roads. The chill vibes and the huge windows were really good for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The guest house also offered daily drop off and pick up service to ski slopes of your choice. They also made good food recommendations and would even offer to make reservations for you. Chikako and Koji were really good hosts. I have not met such good hosts throughout my travels. They resolved every single problem we had during our stay. My mother got lost on the way back to the accommodations and they provided her with instructions and guided her back. I really couldn’t thank them for their hospitality.
