The pictures don't do it justice. We were at the two bedroom house and the view, the furnishing and the decorations were breathtaking! Also there's 2.5 baths instead of 2 as advertised. The location is perfect - about 10 minute walk to the restaurants. However what really made our stay so memorable was the service team. They felt like family and were super responsive to every request on WhatsApp. From restaurant and onsen suggestions to helping us book tables. They sent their own car in a snow storm to rescue us from cortina when all taxis cancelled on us. Words can't describe our appreciation and thank you for making our annual family trip so perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay in Hakuba. It was our first time seeing snow, and the experience was truly unforgettable, we honestly didn’t want to leave. The accommodation was comfortable, welcoming, and made our trip feel so special. The service we received was above and beyond. The staff were incredibly helpful and even made extra arrangements for breakfast, which we really appreciated. We were also really grateful for the shuttle service, especially with our large family.

The staff were lovely - super helpful, great breakfasts, able to help with ski passes. Our room was lovely and warm. Shared toilets were kept very clean and totally weren’t an issue. Onsen was split by gender and was great. We loved the outdoor wood fire hot tub. Very walkable to restaurants in the evening (can also walk to 7/11 and ATM but bit further), and also walkable from train station to property. There were good shuttles from the property up to the local field Goryu, from there it was possible to coordinate shuttles to other fields. We were able to have our skis sent in advance to the accommodation by Yamato Transport which was awesome. Make sure you spend some time watching the trees from the accommodation - we saw monkeys playing and leaping.

Everything was absolutely fantastic, a 10/10 for a couple. The place is simply stunning, out of a fairy tale. The daily private onsen available was an amazing perk after a full day of skiing. The shuttle to the ski station stops right at the front of the hotel. The daily breakfast served privately in the room was absolutely exceptional, with freshly baked pastries. The hotel staff were charming and willing to help every step of the wat. The dry room to leave the skis overnight was super convenient. Also within walking distance from restaurants and bars. When we come back, we will for sure stay here again. They even drove us back to the bus station with our luggage at no extra cost.
