Best accommodation on our 6 week trip to Japan! Breakfast was fantastic and changed daily. Quiet large rooms and beautiful green surroundings and nearby onsen. They also had free bikes for guests to use to explore the Hakuba area. My girlfriend even had a flat tyre once and the staff picked her up with the car without any discussion! We will be back!

The entire experience was amazing. Koji and Chikako are wonderful people who make you feel at home. I was surprised that they drove us out to the ski resorts!!

Breakfast in the room was fantastic. The hotel was beautiful, amazing aesthetic and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Private onsen was incredible after long days on the slopes.

Modern facilities (washing machine+drier built in, humidifier, bidet toilets) were the best models we had throughout our 13 day stay in Japan staying in 5 different accommodations, including a 4 star hotel. The condo itself is older, however we absolutely loved it as it was so homey, meticulously arranged, sparkly clean and well taken care of by the owner, Bob. Kitchen was also well equipped and the five of us enjoyed cooking our meals there. Bob was already waiting for us as he let us check in early. It was a great first impression which carried on the next day when his lovely wife brought us apple cake baked using locally grown apple. What a thoughtful gesture- and it was a cherry on top of our stay in Hakuba. Communication was so easy and quick via booking dot com. I highly recommend staying here.
