We had an amazing time! The lodge is modern, super comfy, and Akira along with the whole team were fantastic. Even though we visited at the end of the season and were the only guests, they made sure we had everything we needed. Every morning, they prepared breakfast just for us, and we absolutely looooved every dish. The location was perfect for exploring the area. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great stay in Summer leaves. Trip to Japan is incomplete if you are not caught in typhoon. I am glad we were here when the typhoon hit for 2 days. We had great conversations with Mary and Mickey with cuppa and tea. Thank you Mickey for going out of your way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable..truely hospitable host. Breakfast prepared by Mickey was delicious on both the days. Good luck to you both 😍

Fornecendo vista do jardim em Hakuba, Wadano Gateway Suites & Apartments fornece acomodações, bicicletas gratuitas, um jardim, um salão partilhado, um restaurante e um bar. the room was massive - we got a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment that could fit 6 people comfortably, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in room, 2 toilets, 4 beds and a massive smart TV with JBL sound system that supported netflix and disney+. it even came with a massive backyard with a full BBQ grill Would imagine this would be wonderful for large family getaways in seasons outside of winter (which we were in). We also loved the smart electronic bathtub that we could control the temperature of. Beds were comfortable. the staff was also friendly and spoke english.

Possibly the best stay at a Guest House I have ever had...and I've been to a few! Incredible hospitality, we felt so treated. The team shuttle you around, make sure you're looked after and reserve the best restaurants in the area. The breakfast was really good, it was warm and cosy, and the baths were amazing after a long day skiing. Honestly can thank the guys enough for such a special and fantastic stay.
